To Work or Not to Work...

To work or not to work...that is the question. Sure I'd love to stay at home all day and eat bon bons with my baby (ya right, as if it's like that...lol), but we're not all millionaires that have time and money to burn. I could stay at home but we wouldn't have any extra money for anything on just my husband's wage. Luckily he makes good money now, so I don't HAVE to work if I don't want to. On the other hand, I would like to be able to buy a few things here and there if I want and not have to be on such a tight budget. What to do, what to do...

Well, I definitely do NOT want to go back to my old job. Being away from my daughter everyday from 7am-6pm just doesn't appeal to me. So, that's out. Part time job/work from home? Maybe? I don't want to be an Avon lady or sell Tupperware though...(not that there is anything wrong with that)...it's just not me.

So, I've come up with a brilliant idea. I love taking pictures of babies, right? Well, why not make it a part time thing I can do on the side to make a bit of money and not have to be away from my daughter during the week? Sounds like a good idea to me! I've been researching stuff on the internet and I think I have it all scoped out now. I'm just putting together a business plan for my husband (he's such a details person and wants to make sure I'm not going to spend $5000 to make $500...lol). Once I've done that, away I go. I'm looking forward to it!

I've starting taking test shots with Jolie being my model, of course...here's one I took yesterday...Does it look professional to you? If so, good...if I've fooled you, I'll probably be able to fool others...lol

It looks great, but make a layer before you add all the effects so you can have the eyes more clear (more in focus and without any 'glow'). I think it will look even better. But I'm no expert, just an armchair critic.
